Here is how I display my cards.
Hang thick ribbon. Then hang cute cards with mini clothespins.
I didn't have enough room to hang all the cards and I ran out of clothespins.
First come, first serve.

Our tree.
Totally lame and plain but I like it. Decided to not put on any ornaments. Except for a few jingle bells. Pretty much my best idea EVER. We went to a friend's house and he managed to break several ornaments. I even broke one trying to put one back on their tree.
Side counter in our kitchen. Complete with a little hot chocolate bar. I have hot chocolate pretty much every night during the Winter. I got all sorts of flavors.
Raspberry, Tiramisu, Mexican Chocolate, Hazelnut, etc.
Three little frames. One says "Our First Christmas Together". The other is Liam's first visit with Santa and the other is of our doggie.
It says "The Fabulous Mrs. Fitz"
On the base it says "AKA Liam's Mom"

I display my cards the same way. Was going to post a picture today but you and Mrs. D have both taken care of that in the past few. I think your tree is gorg! Little man is too cute for words! Merry Christmas!!
CUTE!!! I love the hot chocolate bar. I just saw barefoot contessa make some home made white hot chocolate. She used milk, half and half, a whole pound of white chocolate and fresh vanilla bean and grand manier (sp?)
It looked delicious! We have gone years with out ornaments on the bottom of the tree. this year we put it in the front room
Your glass is cute. Good idea on the card display. I made my own very large memory board a few years ago and it makes me happy to hang it up. I think you are a rock star for thinking of the no ornament thing. I don't remember having an issue with this but I know I have a friend who didn't even put up a tree one year because of those curious fingers. Smart and hot chocolate sounds yum.
I really like your idea for displaying the cards. I'll have to steal that for next year. I don't think we made the cut on that. haha. The other stuff is so cute, hot chocolate bar, your new wine glass :) and Liam drinking from the big boy cup is the cutest. Enjoy the time with your family over Christmas.
Love me some hot chocolate!! That seems to be my evening drink of choice these days since I can't have wine :) And the white chocolate sounds divine. My favorite!!!
