I work from home now

This was my first week working from home. I am not too busy yet so I was able to get house stuff done too. A few things I've noticed being home during the day.

I thought our dog Brady would do more interesting things during the day, I am not sure if I thought she would talk to me or what...but she's just as boring during the day as she is at night.

My grocery store outing is typically on Sundays. I went to the store on Thursday. Weekday shoppers are way different than weekend shoppers. It's mostly a bunch of olds. This one woman was in her slippers and robe. Not a house coat, a robe. I was really hoping that it wouldn't fly open. Gross. And all the checkers were talking to her like she's there every day and even asked about her recent hospital visit.

Daytime TV sucks ass. Which will be good for me for when I am actually working b/c I won't be tempted to turn it on. I have been watching Ellen though, she's kinda funny with all that dancing.

The mailman comes really late. I mean like 4pm late. I remember growing up, our mailman came before noon. Slackers.

I also realized that I will have no material for this blog working from home. I only have one errand today, so I hope the guy that changes the oil in my car does something funny or else I got nothing.

Oh I just remembered. We are going to the Cowtown Marathon tomorrow. My hubby is running the 10k with friends. While my friends run, I am babysitting their baby! That's exercise, right?

I have shown up to Target with my slippers on. On accident....and they're the Ugg kind with soles.....so I was not totally humiliated. Haven't gone as far as the robe yet. I might try it.

I'd love to know what you thought Brady did during the day.

Love the new look!

I am laughing my ass off right now. I didn't realize how shitty our mailman was until I was staying at home either. Like 4 to 5 deliveries.

And daytime tv sucks so bad.

And I wish Brady talked. That would be super cool.
