Okay..so I suck at blogging.
But I've been kinda busy, a little lazy and just not wanting to write. BUT I have been reading all about you guys.
So here's the run down of the Fitz household lately.
1. I've been kinda lazy/sleepy. I have thyroid problems and they are just making me down right tired. Like when Liam and I wake up at 7am...we quickly eat and play and I am ready to put him down for his morning nap a bit early just so that I can go back to bed. I am FINALLY on thyroid meds now. But they haven't kicked in yet.
2. Liam hasn't been napping well...which means I don't get to nap or if I don't nap then I don't get a lot done.
3. Planning vacation in July....going back to Cali. Mr. Fitz's sister lives there. So we'll fly to Sacramento borrow all her baby girl, head South to San Fran then wrap up the week and their cabin in Tahoe! (Speaking of Sis-In-Law...she needs friends on Facebook for work...Please "like" her...but don't mention this blog...thank you...oh her name is Deirdre Fitzpatrick-KCRA....not plain Deirdre Fitzpatrick...you must "like" the KCRA Fitzpatrick...oh yea...she's a news reporter in Sac, Cali)
4. Planning friend's bachelorette party this Saturday.
5. Have a black tie dinner tomorrow...luckily I have something to wear from a formal wedding last year! Mr. Fitz got his tux out...I felt like that scene in Father of the Bride when Steve Martin whips out his old tuxedo. I was surprised it actually fit. I think he wore it last in college back during the fraternity/sorority formal days.
6. The Mister volunteered our house for a dinner party for his work for TEN people next week. I know my limits. As much as I want to cook, I know I cannot handle cooking a whole meal with appetizers and desserts, cleaning the house, caring for Liam and getting myself dressed. So I hired Coco's sister-in-law to do the cooking and an appetizer. I'll handle the dessert!
7. Still working on the house. We got two new furniture pieces that I love (video to come soon). Hanging pictures and such. We have two rooms with built ins and I don't know what to do with all the shelves!
8. Liam will be 8 months old on Sunday I am just dying...he's wearing some 12 months already! tear, tear.
9. Going to SA next weekend. Then my sister will be here for a whole week...two more kids! YIKES!!
10. I think that's the main stuff going on for now..tata!

Glad to hear from you! Sorry about your health issues.....hopefully the meds will kick in soon and you'll have some more energy.

Hope the meds start working soon. Kudos to you for knowing your limits on the party next week. This will allow you to enjoy it that much more!
WOW! A lot going on. Hope you feel better. Honestly.. I wanted to be lazy and skip out on all th epix of the honeymoon and not blog about it. Is that bad??

You are a busy bee. I'd be tired too! Good luck with the dinner party. I'm sure you're thrilled with that. What are making for dessert?? I have a great recipe for tiramisu if you're interested. Email if you want it.
Glad your thyroid is back in check. That has to suck.
